For example: To get your balance simply

1. Dial the CBR 24 Hour Telephone Banking telephone number. After the introduction you can select Account Information by pressing 1 on the telephone keypad.

2. Next select checking by pressing 1 on the keypad.

3. Enter your account number and 4-digit PIN by simply entering them on the keypad.  You will hear your account balance and additional options.
